Doubles draws for 29th IRF World Junior Racquetball Championships

The playoff draws are out for the 29th International Racquetball Federation (IRF) World Junior Racquetball Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota at Lifetime Fitness Target Center, and we're splitting the competition into two parts for the purposes of posting about it: singles and doubles. Below are the Boys' doubles draws; the Girls' competitions are all round robins, and those have been out from the start, but we have those included below as well.

You can see the repercussions of the forfeit loss by Mexicans Gerardo Franco and Eduardo Portillo in Boys U18 Doubles, as they are seeded 7th and are one of the few teams that need to play Wednesday, when they will take on the team of Lee Gun Hee and Tae Hwa Jeong from South Korea.

The Mexico forfeit led to Canadians Simon Comeau and Trevor Webb becoming the #1 seeds, so they have a bye on Wednesday, and will play the winner of Felipe Cardona and Set Cubillos of Colombia and Sergio Ortega and Marco Sarmiento of Honduras in the quarterfinals on Thursday.

Mexican teams are the top seeds in both Boys U16 and U14.
