Kerri Wachtel will have a chance to win her first tournament since 2007 as she reached the final of the Ektelon Women's Professional Racquetball Organization (WPRO) Texas Open in Dallas by defeating the top seed Paola Longoria, 3-11, 11-7, 11-8, 6-11, 11-9 in the semi-finals.
Wachtel will play second seed Rhonda Rajsich in Sunday's final, as Rajsich beat Cheryl Gudinas, 11-9, 11-6, 11-2, in the other semi-final. Rajsich is trying to regain the #1 position that she lost to Longoria last season.
